Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard shipping typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by carrier delays, high demand periods, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Orders over a certain amount qualify for free standard shipping — the current free shipping threshold will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically take 10-25 business days depending on your destination. Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local carrier handling.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are determined by your local customs authority.

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. Please allow 1-3 business days after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@avolei.com and we'll do what we can to help.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If you're still unable to locate it, contact us within 7 days at support@avolei.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.
